At Ghunexarshran, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of VitaDaily Essence. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer protection laws and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
2. Right of Withdrawal
2.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the standard withdrawal form template provided by the EU, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Eligible Returns
Products may be returned if:
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product
- The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- All labels, tags, and protective seals are intact
- The product is in the same condition as when you received it
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that show signs of use or tampering
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
- Products not purchased directly from our Website
4. Return Process
4.1 Steps to Return a Product
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return (optional)
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided in our return authorization
- Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records
4.2 Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product is defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
5.2 Refund Amount
We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary delivery costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We may deduct from the refund an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5.3 Refund Timeline
Please allow the following timeframes for refunds to appear:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number and description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary

9. Your Statutory Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Norwegian law is mandatory in favour of the consumer; we cannot limit your rights under the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) or the Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven). Norwegian consumers have in particular:
- Right of withdrawal: 14 days for distance and off-premises contracts (Angrerettloven)
- Reklamasjonsrett (complaints): Right to complain about defects for up to 2 years from delivery (or 5 years for products expected to last significantly longer) under Forbrukerkjøpsloven
- Remedies for defects: Right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation for defective products
- Unfair terms: Protection against unfair contract terms; such terms are not binding on you

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
